the main things i need help with are:
textures, code, models, animations, environment, ui, ai, basically everything.

You can use my fps script suite when it is finished. I suggest not using it right now because some parts are broken

Making an FPS from scratch is a big task, but PlayCanvas has some solid starter kits. Have you checked out the official FPS tutorial or the ‘First Person Movement’ project in the store? They’re a great way to skip the ‘coding everything’ phase and get straight to the fun stuff.
