Error importing project

Hi,

I’m having an issue with importing a project. Whenever I try to import the project, the process reaches 100% and then I receive an error message that says “There was an error while importing”. Unfortunately, the error message doesn’t provide any further information or details about what went wrong.

I’ve tried importing the project multiple times, but I’m still getting the same error message. I’m not sure what else to try at this point.

The zip is 1.81GB but I have 49GB free in the account.

Can you post a screenshot of the contents of the ZIP you are trying to import please?

That looks right. Do you get any errors on the dev console of the browser?

If you can, can you share the ZIP with me via DM and I will try to import for you as well.
