Editor creates a new sky box, the reflection is black

Skybox in editor seems to be loading fine here and reflections seem to be working as well:

Chat works only for users added to the project. Did you change anything there?

Find the problem. It has something to do with the browser chrome://flags/- >Override software rendering list is enabled
