Draco destroys the smoothness of the model surface. Is this normal?

Draco compression stores normals and other data with lower precision, and so the quality in some cases is affected. We’ll be exposing compression settings at some point in the future allowing you to modify them to improve the quality (at the cost of larger size), but this has not been done yet.

Draco compression settings is on the list, but I can’t give an estimate right now because it must be prioritised along with much other work
