Do you have a support email?

I sent you an email to support@playcanvas.com maybe 2 weeks ago. But nobody replies to me.
Do you have a support desk for paid users? or this forum is the only way to communicate with your team?

Since this is an private project of my company I’m not able to create a bug report here.

I just answered your e-mail. But yes, support@playcanvas.com is meant for developers that have a paid support contract with us.

Generally, the best way to get help is to use the forum. Even if you have a private project, if you have problems, always try to reproduce any problem in a new project and post it here. There are lots of friendly and helpful people here that love to help you! :slight_smile:
