Degraded iFrame performance in Chrome

Hi,

We have a noted a serious drop in performance embedding PlayCanvas builds with an iFrame. Loading times are taking extremely long or failing all together, typically causing the browser to show the page is unresponsive dialog. This is not a problem on mobile, seemingly only on desktop. Edge, Safari, Firefox, and Brave, all perform fine.

Any ideas about what this could be? Completely stumped at the moment.

Thanks

Following up on this. The same issue is occurring opening the editor, constantly waiting for it to load, seeing the unresponsive dialog, clicking and wait, and repeats. Sometimes it finally loads, often not. Completely fine in Edge and Firefox. Happens even on a brand new project.

Tried this in incognito mode and with every extension turned off (running very few to begin with), neither makes a difference.

Need some urgent guidance on how to debug / resolve this. Thanks.

Are there any files in particular that are taking a while to load? Check your Network tab in dev tools on see the loading times for each file

Problem is nothing is showing in network, it appears that nothing is downloading when this occurs.

Today, I wait a few minutes, then this shows:

And I wait several minutes, the project is not loading.

On Edge loads near instantly.
