i download an model from playcanvas editor，can I convert this files to a single file in gltf？

I’m afraid not. The JSON is our custom format and a convertor doesn’t exist for it.
You be better off getting the source FBXs and putting them into a single scene with Max/Maya/Blender and exporting it as a glTF GLB.
What’s the reason for needing to do this out of interest?

There are a few features that will be made public soon that will help with this including being able to copy and paste assets between projects.
