Is it possible to add the same component to more than 1 entity at a time to make things faster?

You mean in editor? If that’s the case yes, you can copy a component:
And paste it on another entity to get what you want quickly.
If you are just looking to add a new component to multiple entities, then it’s even easier:

Multi select all of your entities.
-
Add the component in the inspector panel.
As an end result the component will be added to all selected entities.

How do you select multiple entitys is it CTRL-A?
One way is to hold CTRL and at the same time click on each entity, one after the other, you want to select.
