Please make sure to send us a link of your project so we can take a look at it from our perspective, just by looking at a image it will be hard to help you.
As for your title I can only imagine that you maybe have a collision on entities on scene1 but do not on scene2 which is why after you switch scenes the collision on those entities in scene2 is not found. If you have a player entity make sure it has collision on scene2 as well.
