Changing the owner on a company account

Hi.

Could you please let me know how I can change the owner on our company account please.

The owner is currently set to an employee who has left the business and we no longer have access to his email.
The company account is EYEKANDY-UK and you will see the owner is set to James.
If you could let me know how to change this to myself, currently im and admin on the same account.
