You can try searching in the Assets panel with an asterix, e.g. “*165”.
Ok, sorry, not 165, but 168. I am colorblind and can’t see that font color well. Basically the beginning of the filename.
you are not wrong. the filename is 168547003
and still I cannot find it…is it a bug?
