Can I use PlayCanvas inside a webapp framework (to lock screen orientation)?

Hi
We have an idea for a game and we need to lock the screen orientation to make it useable. I know this can not be done using stantdad HTML or Javascript.
But there are webapps that can lock the screen as far as I understand. So is it possible to use a webapp framework like React Native, Ionic Framework, Node, Xamarin, NativeScript, Adobe PhoneGap or Flutter, and use PlayCanvas inside such a framework?

PlayCanvas will work in a webview so yes, it should be fine
