I want to know is there any way to buy existed games licence and earn ownership of them or not? I am interested to specific game presented in this website and I would like to talk to anyone in charge and discuss that, how can I get more information in that matter?

Swoop! was developed by the PlayCanvas team themselves as a showcase for the PlayCanvas platform.
that’s right, and they don’t have (i couldn’t find) any contact form so here was the only place to contact them i guess
