ASTC compression for hdr lightmap

I just read this article and it seems to be a decent way to compress the hdr lightmap texture, since this one takes the most chunk out of vram.

And ASTC seems to work with android browser side at at least.

Many thanks for your suggestion, you can add it in the engine github repository as a feature request. There are many hands working on texture compression there, right now.
