If I drag a gltf model from my local drive to the playcanvas viewer on my browser, do the files get uploaded to a server, or is everything handled locally? The reason I ask is that I can’t have sensitive assets leave my local network.
Everything is processed on your local machine. Nothing is sent over the network. If you want, you can even clone the viewer’s repo, build it locally and serve it locally. But there’s no necessity to do that.
Awesome! Thanks for the quick response and the very useful viewer tool. It’s the only one I could find that visualizes the normals on my gltf exports.
