Animation looks different in PlayCanvas than in source FBX (some bones in A-pose)

Hello!
New here. How are you all doing.
I am quite blocked with a problem, where when I import an animation, some of the bones remain in A-Pose, even though in my 3D app (cinema, blender) the animation looks as expected. Strangely, when I open the animation in PlayCanvas viewer, it animates as expected as well.
I tried baking all the bones so they all have keyframes, but to no avail.

Here is how it looks in the preview vs in the viewer:

I am not sure what to do next so I am asking for help.
Thank you

The tiny preview in Inspector is just for the convenience there, but to specify animations you need to drop model onto the scene, and setup animation graph for it, so it actually points to the right animation track.

It fails aswell in game with anim state graph.
But found the issue - if I import the fbx to Blender, and then export it to .glb, and import it to Play Canvas, everything works as expected.
