Can I use 3rd party ads while publishing on kongregate? I want to use adsense there . Although I am thinking of whether other networks can also be used or not ?
You have to ask Kongregate and their publishing terms. On the PlayCanvas side, there isn’t anything that technically would stop you using another JS library.

From my experience publishing on Kongregate, no, you cannot include your own Ads. Their type of deal is you take a revenue share out of the ads displayed by them.
