Hello, guys, I’m trying to add music to my game, but every time I run my game, it makes my computer crash. Now, I am using a Lenovo Chromebook, and everyone knows Chromebook isn’t the best computer, but I don’t see that being a problem if it is on playcanvas. (Also I just ate all of my sandwich, but I still keep trying to grab my plate for some reason lol.)
Btw this is the game: PlayCanvas | HTML5 Game Engine. Can someone test this and tell me if it crashes? @Albertos @Codeknight999 @yaustar
So I tried booting it up but at about the minute mark my page refreshed on the loading scene. I have no clue what you did. I will be on mobile for a few days so I won’t be able to debug it.

Ok, sorry, my guy. I simply added a song called Snowfall by Øneheart x Reidenshi. I downloaded it from redacted. I’m going to try to download it from a different site and see if it was just because it was from that website. Also, my best guess, it was an hour long version, which might have been too much for it.
Nope, I only lasted thirty seconds. It’s a different website, not an hour long file.
Try cobalt.tools and a YouTube link. As long as you don’t sell the game you should be fine.
Also if you want me to look at your scene, I can try to take a look.

Yeah I have no clue what is happening. I do not think it is your audio, but it is 8 mins long so it could just be a loading issue. Also I don’t think you have an audio listener set up.
Was I supposed to have one? It also won’t work by using colbalt.tools.

Currently, the music is working for me.
Please note that sound in general only works after user input.
What computer are you using? After you said that, I ran it and waited 10 seconds, and it didn’t load, closed the tab because I didn’t want my computer to crash, and came over to ask you what computer you were using, and my Chromebook froze. Even when I closed it. Could you send a screen recording?
I was checking it on my mobile, a Samsung S25. The loading time is a bit long. Not sure if the crashing is related to the sound. If you share the editor link of your project I can take a look.
