Add Option for favicon in editor or in Settings Panel

Currently, we need to go to HTML after downloading the game to add a custom favicon icon. But it is hectic to add code in HTML when we need to release updates.
There should be an option to change the default “Playcanvas” favicon in the editor or in Settings Panel.
