A simple dodging game that has ran out of ideas

I am wanting to continue this game but I have ran out of ideas for different blocks (I would like to add at least one more block per world and play around with it. Keep in mind I have only made the first world.)

Any ideas?

Hi @Nathan_Crouch! Well made! Maybe a block that moves from left to right and from right to left?
