2 Glb models with shared materials but one not lit

I have two glb models in my scene each sharing the same materials however one is not affected by lighting. Why could this be? They are in the same layer and both set to dynamic/non static.

How would I tell?

Hmm, I exported the file through blender instead of another conversion utility and the lighting works perfectly.
