Where are the buttons, menus, HUDs?

I am new around here. Hi! PC looks great!

I cannot find anything regarding a user interface system. Buttons, menus, labels, etc.

While I understand that HTML5 is there, I haven’t seen much regarding how to do a UI via an overlay using HTML5+CSS. Just some spaghetti jQuery cod e.

What’s the party line on UIs?

basically the 2d and 3d screen overlay won’t accept images
then again hud and ui are different
