Why does a dynamic rigid body not rotate right away?

Hi. In my project, I’m trying to rotate the entity with the help of virtual joystick. If an entity has a rigid body set as static, then the entity rotates immediately. But if you switch to the dynamic type, then there will be a delay in rotation along the axis Y. Why does this delay occur?
