WebGL error - bindTexture: invalid target

hello, i have go an error i have never saw, can anyone help me understand?

I see this issue days ago, but I have no idea how to reproduce it…

I will try to reproduce it with chrome debugger activated as i finish to work i will let you know

Actually that error seems to not pop up anymore, but another one has, so i make tons of check (boring) to see if i can catch it. @scarlex if i find why that error has shown i will let you know.
