Is there any chance I can update this built link instead of rebuilding the project.

Whenever you publish a build, the /p link will remain the same for your project. You will just have to click the bookmark icon to the left of each build to make it your ‘primary’ build. That will be the build that is used when other users click the play button from your project page.
If you are instead asking if you can make changes in the editor that will affect builds without doing a rebuilt, unfortunately, not. This allows you to experiment and make changes to your projects without it effecting users that might be using your projects.

Hi @Ozden_Delibas! As @eproasim mentioned, the link is not changing if you update your new build as primary build. You can click on the bookmark icon to mark the new build as primary build.
