Paying others for developmental assistance is not an “itty bitty detail”, that is a major factor to everyone else. Strange how you neglected to mention this until now.
So when can I expect my check in the mail?
I think it would be better to be very clear upfront and say you’re not a coder and you are looking for someone to implement your design ideas. Then they will be able to choose whether to help you or not. I’m sure you don’t want to waste peoples time unnecessarily.
