[SOLVED] Switching to a smaller display or phone makes the rendering blurry

If the project switches to any other smaller monitor or uses the same monitor on my mobile phone, the scene will become very blurred, and the screen will drag and get stuck. Why? Do I need to set it in the engine

I think it should be related to GPU, but I don’t know where to set it
