Making an ui like that takes some time. You’ll need someone to design sprites and layout. Plus, you’ll need a lot of code. You’ll need some animation to add to the look, as well. Currently, MatrexBall doesn’t look bad. Although, we should improve one update at a time. With enough patience and time, we might be able to build it up to look somewhat like this. Maybe even better. This may not answer your question, but there is a lot needed to making a good looking ui. You need to take it one step at a time.

It is possible, but what I’m saying is that it will take some time to create something like that.
