Our 1909981076@qq.com account member renewed successfully, but the account storage space is still 200MB!

Hi. According to the payments system, you cancelled your Personal plan on 22nd April:


Was this a mistake? If so, I can send you an upgrade code for 1 month of a Personal plan? I will send you the code in a direct message. Since the plan is cancelled, you will need to resubscribe to Personal again, but only do that after your upgrade code expires.
