Pls could someone to advice what to do to see shades from objects under lights and how to set up it.

From what I see you have shadows enabled in your active light, is that correct?
The issue maybe either the shadows distance is too high or the shadows resolution is too small. Try playing with those values:
- decrease the shadows distance
- increase the shadows resolution e.g. 2048x2048 or even 4096x4096
