Rigid body Player slip after collision

Hello , I am new to Playcanvas , I am trying to set the Position and rotation of camera entity using script. I have used fade in / fade out and then I switch the camera position to new Position.

Issue is that, on ground floor it works fine but on first floor , it slips off after the collision of other entity. I want to restrict the rigid body movement when it hits unwanted colliders.
