Need a programmer/artist/game tester for a Earthbound rpg fangame! (3D)

I need a programmer who can do these things.

*make a UI
*make fps movement
*make it able to switch from 3rd person to 1st person
*etc.

If the game makes money you will make 20% of all earnings. (Programmer)
Artist will get 10%
Game tester will get 5%

Nintendo have a reputation of shutting down fangames (free or not) so making money will be next to impossible unfortunately.
