I bought a new membership, can I cancel it and get a refund?
If it’s a personal membership and you’ve just brought it, you can email us at support@playcanvas.com and we can handle a refund.
If it’s an ORG seat, it’s paid pro rata so you can just cancel and you are only charged for the short amount of time that you’ve used.
