im trying to make a mario game but need a premade 3rd person view model but cant find one 3rd person model view

Which parts do you mean? You are free to use the example projects available in the developer.playcanvas.com in your game.

Most assets in the tutorials are fine AFAIK. I tend to use Kenney and usually we are careful about the assets we use.
