Is it possible to play lottiefiles on playcanvas’s screen and not on HTML/Css canvas

No there isn’t support for playing Lottie files on a PlayCanvas screen.
Potentially you could write your own parser that parses the Lottie .json file and animate using curves or tweens your UI elements.
