So i just upgraded so i can export the project, It forced me to create an organization but sadly there doesn’t seem to be a way to link up my organization with my free account where my project is? Any ideas?

You can use the Transfer Ownership option on your projects list to transfer a project from your free account to your org account.
Just make sure to add the correct name to the dialog that will appear and then go to your org account and accept the request.
