Incorrect conversion from fbx to json

I’m not really sure the history of the 0.1 second animation sampling. I guess it was probably chosen to balance accuracy and file size at the time.

We will address this soon as possible!

Thanks. I agree with exposing the sampling rate to the user so that the user can increase the rate if necessary. Some guidance in the documentation would be worthwhile as well. I’d also like to point out that this is not merely a bone problem. This became an issue in the relatively pedestrian situation of animating toy train wheels.
