How to add a simple Vehicle control?

Hi Guys,
i am new to this game development (i used to do in Unity 3d with PlayMaker).
i am trying to create a very simple 3d game similar to this ref https://bruno-simon.com/
is it possible to create small game like above ref?

i am trying to add controller to my character (vehicle) but i could not find any tutorial.

Vehicle ( player) control
Left
Right
Up
Down
Boost
Brake

and on mobile or lets say max-viewport width =“400px”
control should be in btn UI

i saw demo, is it possible to download that project and import? (if its a template)
