These are all very nice. You may be the person to ask this very simple question. I know nothing of game development, but I really want to learn. The musician role interested me, but I don’t know what I can use to make any music. Any help?
I compose all of my tracks with a dedicated synthesizer (meaning a keyboard) and record, edit and mix the tracks with Sonar (a type of software.) I’ve heard that there are programs that help people create their own music…probably with loops and things…but I’m not knowledgeable about them because I don’t use them. I suggest you do some research about them and see if you can download some free trial versions in order to learn. Hope that helps.
I’ve had a lot of requests for looping tracks, so I’ve begun creating and posting them. At the moment, most of them are on the “Fantasy” page, but there’s also one on the “Action” page as well as the “Sci-fi/Space” page.
Here’s your weekly list of new tracks:
“Racing Menu” – LOOPING – (on the Action Page)
“Bitter Sweet Goodbye” (on the Drama Page)
“Tiki Breeze” (on the Events Page)
“Cool Castle in the Clouds” – LOOPING – (on the Fantasy Page)
“The Triumph of the Clock Maker” – LOOPING – (on the Fantasy Page)
“Chamber of Jewels” – LOOPING (on the Fantasy Page)
“Castle of Despair” – LOOPING – (on the Fantasy Page)
“Goblin Loop” – LOOPING – (on the Fantasy Page)
“Valley Sunrise” (on the Quiet/Peaceful/Mellow Page)
“Urban Future” – LOOPING – (on the Sci-Fi/Space Page)
Hello Eric! I know this topic is super old, and you probably aren’t very active anymore, but could you make some super creepy background music that never is released to the public? I would like the music I need to not be used anywhere else, or can be used anywhere else. Please share it with me on Google Drive (allan.burks@mybisd.net).
I’ve been receiving an increasing number of emails asking if I do custom tracks. The answer is yes…and at very low cost…(people are usually surprised when they find out how affordable it is.) One of my goals with this project is to make good-sounding music available to anyone who needs it, so if you need some custom tracks created, feel free to email me…(my email address is at the bottom of my homepage.)
In the meantime, here are this week’s new free tracks:
I’ve begun to create a library of texture images that you are welcome to use in your projects. There are seamless ones for tiling as well as standard ones. I’ve uploaded about 300 or so to get started, and I’m adding more all the time so be sure to check back often. You’ll find them on my TXR pages.
In the meantime, here are this week’s new free music tracks:
“Magic Clock Shop”_Looping
“The Village”_Looping
“Strange Shop”_Looping
“The Castle Beyond the Forest”_Looping
“The Awkward Princess Returns”_Looping
As always, any and all feedback is welcome and much appreciated.
