FBX Mesh animation Limitations

Just to clarify though, do you mean each mesh instance can only ever have one morphInstance?

When I import an FBX with different poses does each pose count toward the meshInstances.Length?

Oh okay, I get it, I can access each pose like this:

if (meshInstance.morphInstance) {
                //Access each pose individually and set strength (poseIndex,Weight)
                meshInstance.morphInstance.setWeight(0, 1);
                meshInstance.morphInstance.setWeight(1, 0.5);
                meshInstance.morphInstance.setWeight(3, 0.2);
