Yeah, that is the downloaded build zip, not the archive zip which is different.
To export an archive, here is the option: https://developer.playcanvas.com/en/user-manual/profile/projects/#export-project-archive
This only gets latest on master. If you need a specific branch, then you will need to use the REST API
