I am looking at converting a html5 project to run on android as a hybrid application / apk

but both Cacoon and Intel® XDK seem to have been discontinued now it looks like from both sites
I am looking at Phonegap which seems a good alternative https://phonegap.com/
this looks fairly awesome too Apache Cordova
Anyone got any ideas on best programs / software to use to do this now? Looks like Cacoon is completely gone. Phonegap seems good but still not got it completely working yet
