Today I find that there are no Code and Publish tab in my dashborad header.

I want to make an external code repository. What do I do ?

Hi. Please read this Scripts 2.0 update announcement: Launched today: Scripts 2.0
If you realy realy need old system and is fine not to use new one, you can create new project and in popup there are “Options”, tick there to use legacy scripts.
Bear in mind that legacy scripts are not getting updates anymore.

Hi, max. Using Scripts 2.0 is meaning that we can not external code repository anymore ? I want to sync my code to github.

Yes. You can use legacy system still if you need such workflow.
