An Artest- For creating Charicters, Buildings, Cars, Guns, all that

I would love to help. I also have found a car model from the internet that might look good. Its a Mitsubishi EVO IX 3d FBX Car Model, also its okay for commercial use. I know a little coding, I might be able to help with some car movement and stuff. Where do I start?
